I can no longer play video with my phone. Like youtube videos, anything video online. And this is something I do before now.

Please what could be wrong? And what should I do?

The phone is Nokia Lumia 630.

Please help oo.

Try to turn off ur mobile then try to uninstall YouTube... then reinstall it again...but if still doesn't work..why not reboot ur mobile but mind u if ul do this,all ur files will be deleted permanently..so plz do have a back up copy first juz in case u will reboot it. wink

I didn't install youtube.

Lol. I nor know ooo. I installed it at a time. Then I uninstalled it. I never used it.
