honestly I don't think the 30% is an issue. If you believe that your domain can sell at 1000, nothing prevents it from selling at 30% above 1000. That is to say, if you want net $1000 for your domain, list it at $1,450 so that by the time the 30% fee is applied, you will still have your net.

To register at sedo is easy provided you have your document ready like, valid id, bill, etc.

for your account to block is normal (same with me).
you don't need to create another sedo acct.
just email there support, stating your are a domain investor bla bla bla, your account was block bla bla bla...... just make sure you show sign of grieve. etc.
they will reply you with a link where you will upload your documents after that your account will be verified/ activated.

the point actually is....what are you willing to sell the name for. PL is like a BIN. You do not set a BIN and start complaining about the fees. Incorporate the fees before you set your BIN...its that simple.
