just called emmergency number and they said they relayed it to the police immediately when they were called earlier.. but are suprised that they arent there yet.

It started since 3am. A woman and her baby were killed by stray bullets.
They robbed Diamond bank which is beside it too.
The police arrived some minutes ago.

This was the same place police mounted a fake check point to harass the innocent but didn't show up today, coincidence? undecided
