Thank God for you.
Sometimes I just wonder why the only form of relaxation in Nigeria is 'beer parlour '. One of the worst places I hate to sit because all manner of people gather there. I rather stay at home.
ceasare:

@peppyluv;u r damn right!!! why in Gods name should there be beer parlour beside diamiond bank and just across the road opposite
access bank? thats totally wrong and for security reasons .i just decide to follow another route to drop my kids off at school today and whilst returning i didnt follow 4th av like i use to.....only to get home and the sound of gunshot rents d air.

May God help us,Lagos is fast becoming a den of criminals,Ambode needs to step up his Game,Governance is not about"swagger" and clubbing..He needs to summon all the area men and discuss with them, that was fashola's strategy coupled with efforts from other security agencies, This area men know every hideout in lagos and can effectively act as informants

Yes. A stray bullet killed a woman and her child standing in front of her flat. It's very sad.

i was therer live
there were casualties oo
i just used my experience in playing medal of honour to take cover at the back of a very heavy concrete wall
cos the kind of ammunition wey those guyz carry ehn......no be here grenades, heavy pump action, dynamites, and some other big guns wey i no know d name...the bullets from those guns burst through many walls infact, they came fully prepared.
when i was approaching the banks (immediately they departed) i was hearing someone screaming so i went to investigate and saw that one of the straight bullets had killed a mother and her child.
this was probably one out of other cases i didnt see.
i also saw blood stains on the street sha. along side other stuffz

i wonder why the joirnalists al fled when the robbers started making out with the money
i'd surely do a better job than most of them

so those bank door cant stand dynamites cheesy grin grin cheesy. sure those dudes made away with 50m plus

The gunshots lasted over 30mins.. Reminded me of the movie 44mins

30mins of intense gunfire.

30mins small compare to that of osisikankwu of aba where the gunshots lasted for 2hrs after they raider 3 banks and shared some it to the scared people around

Someone should radio fatai festac police. When it comes to police work they will run. I was at the Festac post office when this robbery was going on. A lot of ammunition was expended.
I initially thought BH came for attack and I left through 22 road by 31 road, saw a police truck with the occupants lying inside the gutter all without their uniform.

I wouldn't have been so confident driving around with some packets of SK if I knew it was a bank robbery going on.

To cut long story short, Festac police needs total overhaul from the AC to the lowest rank is full of corruption. I hope PMB is reading this now. FESTAC police needs total overhaul.
