Young man, things don't work that way. Wait until u get instructions from the school's management. And besides, online clearance always begins with the payment of ur accepance fee. Only after that can u get ur clearance activation code and access the eligibilty form to fill and also upload ur documents.

Also, the only clearance that has already commenced is that of the admitted candidates of the newly introduced JUPEB foundation program. See more details for yourself at the school's official website (www.uniben.edu).

However, from all indications, your clearance can be said to be very close already. Patience, they say, is a virtue.
