He makes a great point on performance-based bonuses for both private and public sector staff, including Ministers. Says quantifiable targets should be set and evaluated.

We fired every single traffic warden police in Georgia and traffic was better.

I think for him, its a more engaging presentation. I saw the VP taking notes. I would rather record it and replay later than miss a word of what's being said. Doesn't change the fact of our misplaced priorities.

Talks about a Public service hub, a front office where every conceivable service - property reg, licenses, etc are done. This may not be feasible here for now.

And he gets a standing ovation!!!!
