I think the Local Govt could preserve the Bridge as a Heritage Site..to remind the unborn Generation about the Danger of Extremism... The River Span ain't much, some Big Man could build a new one for them( them must get person for govt wey chop money) Na why I like Oyibo! Money cab be made from anything! |

Missfavourblog:How terrible it is for the world because of the things that cause people to trip and fall into sin! Such things have to happen, but how terrible it is for the person who causes those things to happen! I overcame, but will everyone? You love money, right? You won't get it like this! |

This op has taken strong weed. How can 5 people be repairing a concrete bridge blown by boko haram? That bridge still stands as it is. They were packing sand for trucks to convey. The youths in that community had already improvised another road by the side of that bridge through communal efforts and with the help of distinguished Senator Binta Garba Masi the senator representing that area. |

Yes its true. Thats what road to my home (Michika) turned out to be. So saddening. Geting to Michika in personal vehicle almost impossibe especially now is rainning. Commercial vehicles coming from Mubi or Yola off load passengers at bank of the stream, who cross over on foot to join another vehicle at the other end. While getting to the town from Maiduguri is blocked at Gwoza which is still held by Boko Haram. Eastern side of the town is the Cameroun border been gaurded by their soldiers. Western side leads to Sambisa through Lassa. So one can see that Michika is traped (sandwiched in b/haram crises). Bringing food in to it is very very difficult so one can imagine food prices. Only the inhabitats know the hardship. We are all prayerful for the Lord bring an end to these. So please join us in the prayers. |
