Let's be fair here, i think the non-igbo region in Delta should have produce the next minister in the state. If the same thing happens to the igbos, we all would be complaining. Though i think Kachikwu is a great talent that is hard to be ignored

My worry is why there exist so much hype/apprehension about this government in every segment. They sneeze and it becomes a topic for national discussion! Lets not derail this thread with diversive opinions.The protesters have a point that the party APC in delta state should have been allowed to nominate the minister. And this would have helped strengthen the position of the party at the state level, I quite agree with them.If someone who had worked for the party had been appointed it would help keep the PDP in check.kachikwu's appointment is not going to be of value to APC in delta state.and with the governor coming from delta north it would have been fair another senatorial zone produce the minister.
