Show us proof they are OAU students......
They are most likely Non-Students who engaged in the act of stealing and ended up getting caught. Beating up/Parading of thieves/criminals is a norm in OAU......

OAU would never condone Stealing. If you have ever witness how thieves are dealt with in OAU, even #5 you won't steal from your parent.
OAU students would follow thieves to the gate of hell--provided that's where those robbers are running to.
If those robbers scale fence(s), the students will scale it after them.
OAU students are relentless in dealing with robbers, they believe you must hustle for your money not stealing from others hard-earned cash/properties.
