Oga strongbest which preservative is best for ogi powder pap ,regarding it has a very short shelf life and what quantity of preservative or ratio......thanks in advance?

Heyllo Sir, sodium benzoate (C7H5NaO2) will be your best bet. Ratio: 100:1
is enough but certain things might have to be put into consideration. In all, the ratio given above is safe.

All praise to God Sir. Sodium benzoate makes it watery? Well, I haven't experienced that before. It's what we use in preserving custard and I never witnessed that for once.

I think the main concern here should have been the health implication. Trust me, sodium benzoate has a very strong presence in most of the foods (especially food drinks like that thick yoghurt) we consume daily.
In all, my advice is for you to try it out first and see things for your self. Probably, using a little quantity for the experiment.

For all internet transfer issues, here is the solution:

Once a bank transfer is made for payment for any of my ebook(s), kindly send the name of transaction used as your details of payment and the ebook paid for, to me .

This is because there'll not be anything like teller number to present as detail when making a bank transfer. So, kindly do the above always.

More also, we now accept Perfect money and Paypal as mode of payment. I hope we all like the development, big smile.

Sir, anything beverage such as custard is usually very delicate since is for human consumption. The hygiene state of the product is taken seriously, as a result, such usually draws the attention of NAFDAC easily.

However, there's always a way to go about everything, legally. The challenge here is, you being able to serve the public a clean and hygiene product, good and safe enough for consumption.

If chance permits, I shall once again write on how to go about this NAFDAC issue.

Sire, I assure you, you are almost there if you already have that in place.

Next, I will try and post the steps to acquiring NAFDAC No. Guess that should get you going, irrespective of how much you have.

Hope you already have the adequate knowledge on the production of custard though.
