I want to protest the ban I was given for a week on this section! uboma and david470 the ban was unjustified, sadistic and can be likened to a witch Hunt. what I was accused of being guilty of was an exaggeration of the alleged offence I committed. I was accused of breaking rules 2, 3 & 7 which are:

1) Don't abuse, bully, deliberately insult/provoke, fight, or wish harm to Nairaland members OR THEIR TRIBES.

2) Don't THREATEN, advocate, or encourage violent acts against any person, tribe, race, animals, or group.

3) Don't say, do, or THREATEN to do anything that's detrimental to the security, success, or reputation of Nairaland.


pls explain to me how, where and when I committed the offences above and who was a victim of my threats and bullying on nairaland.

I demand an unreserved apology for the ban from the moderators of this section!

After reading the first paragraph and seeing words like unjustified, witch hunt, sadistic, I was expecting to see some heavy prayers.

Instead of you to ask for an immediate removal of the mods concerned; general damages to the tune of ten million naira, special punitive damages to the tune of 100 million naira for the business opportunities you missed while the ban lasted, and the egragious damage to your e-reputation on Nairaland. And also particularly that the moniker Davide470 be banned until year 2300
