How profitable is it Sir?

What is the yield per acre/hectare?

How much can a farmer earn from an acre/hectare?

lt ain't cheap sending things down to Nigeria via courier unless one has someone travelling to Nigeria, the person travels with it. Are you into hydroponics?

Yes i am into hydroponics. I am not based in africa though but i intend to start it in Nigeria and i already have a blueprint for it, i am trying to figure out my cheapest option of getting nutrients if not will have to use fish poo.

How much does it cost to send from kenya to nigeria? without having someone to bring it.

.

Good evening. I actually tried using fish poo to grow peppers and tomatoes but they did not survive to fruition. I later learnt that in aquaponics , the ammonia has to be converted to nitrates to achieve maximum impact. Pavore9, do you know a local way to do this in Nigeria? Thanks.

When l was based in Anambra State, l knew for sure that those traders that deal in salad veggies source their produce from Plateau State, imagine if one owns a lettuce farm somewhere around the state capital, Awka which have over 50 hotels who buy their salad veggies from these traders and one keys in into supplying lettuce to them directly that is just one market opportunity not to talk of supplying these traders as they have one less item to ship in from Plateau State.

We need data from markets as how much was brought from the farms and how much sold at the market. If we can get these data from over Nigeria I tell you it will be easy for the farmers to plan. So also those in the agric chain.
Who in the house is willing to Join me to start.
