Regarding Biafra issue, Igbo should have agitated for it loudly under Jonathan. They should cease all noise till a southerner become a president. The Hausafulani are not Igbo slaves that can be commanded to grant Igbo wishes up n down. Jonathan should have been commanded in such a manner.

Since the opportunity is lost, Igbos should wait till its regained. You can not switch goal post during a match n want to stay in Nigeria when Azikwe Ironsyi Jonathan rule only to want to secede when it time for Buhari to rule.

But know that a President cannot decide to grant secession wish of a group even if he is from that group, he doesn't have the power. The constitutional powers of the President is not inclusive of that. It has to be through the Senate that will pass a law of referendum in our constitution. See! has nothing to do with command. The igbos fought a war for this remember and lost lives but it hasn't got to be tru war...there are other ways.
