Education reformer on a mission to rewrite the story of Nigerian education, one child, one school, and one policy at a time.
Born 18 April 1996, Currently pursuing an M.Ed in Educational Administration & Planning.
In 2017, while still an undergraduate, He co-founded what is now the Olawale Oyinlade Foundation for Education and Child Development - an initiative that has empowered over 8000 youths and children through scholarships, skills training, and happiness projects.
In 2024 he registered Oyinlade Virtue Academy with the Corporate Affairs Commission. The school opens its doors in September 2026 to prove that affordable private education can still deliver global-standard outcomes.
He speak in schools, write about education policy, and use every platform he has to push one simple message:
Education in Nigeria does not need more money alone - it needs better leadership, bolder communication, and deeper love.
Whether in the classroom, on radio, on social media, or in the lecture hall and policy rooms where decisions are made, his life is dedicated to producing the generation of Nigerians who will finally fix our education system from the inside.

Early Life

Olawale David Oyinlade was born on 18 April 1996 in Akure, Akure South Local Goverment Area of Ondo State, Nigeria to late Elder Micheal Boluwaji Igbekele and Deaconess Florence Oyinlade. His late Grandfather, Pa Gabriel Oyinlade married Madam Emilola Oyinlade, the daughter of Arogbodo, Elemo of Akure Land. Olawale David Oyinlade was raised in his father's house at Oke-Aro area of Akure, in Ondo State.

While he was still 2years old of age, he lost his dad, the bread winner of his family.

Education

Olawale David Oyinlade completed his primary school leaving certificate at Aunty Stella Infant School, Akure, Ondo State in 2007. He proceeded to C.A. C Adu Memorial, High School, Akure for his Senior Secondary School Education & Balogun Model college, Ilorin, Kwara state, Ekiti State University, and Kwara State University.

He sat for the first ever National Examination Council (NECO) at Balogun Model college, Ilorin, Kwara state.
