I have a first degree in Microbiology. How do I get a degree in Medical Laboratory Science? Is there any professional exam I can sit for? Must I go for it through Jamb? Thank you for your expected response.

I'm not a in the discipline but I think you can enter through direct entry but better still why not consider studying medicine because microbiology and medical lab are related to me.

Medical laboratory science is quite and entirely different from Microbiology. No professional exam but with BSc Microbiology you can get a DE into Medical laboratory science but still you will be starting from 200L, there's a quota so expect stiff competition. The professional exams u will write are incorporated in the training for BMLS.
Instead of 5 years + X months, u will spend 4 year + X months. DE can earn you a BMLS. Then you can now specialise in Medical Microbiology
