BY FRANCIS IGATA ENUGU – Director of Radio Biafra and leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOD, Nnamdi Kanu,who was arrested at Golden Tulip Essential Hotel,Ikeja has been granted bail but is yet to fulfill his bail conditions. According to the Indigenous People of Biafra’s lawyer,IPOD, Mr.Egechukwu Obetta, Nnamdi was in the same cell with terrorists. He has health challenges which is life threatening. He is selective to delicacies. He told us that he will never eat any food served by the Federal Government of Nigeria. However, midway into the chat with his lawyer, a call came in, indicating that Kalu has been granted bail in the sum of 2 million Naira or with surety of N2 million with a civil servant of grade level 16. “Last week,the Afenifere threatened to secede but nobody was vilified. The punishment is disproportionately very severe if you are Igbo than if you are Hausa. Junaid Muhammed, Adamu ciroma have variously threatened the north will secede under GEJ, yet they are living in their mansions. Lou Falae and afenifere did same last week, nobody troubles them. But if you are Igbo, you are hounded, jailed and hefty bail placed on your head. We are watching. |

why do you people feel unjustly hated?? it's not an igbo thing. NNAMDI kanu incites violence and ordered youths to attack the hausa/fulanis in a particular state in the SE which the youth did. they also burnt down mosques... so yes, he deserved to be arrested. Not just NNAMDI Kanu but everyone whether igbo, Hausa,fulani, urhobo,ijaw who incites violence should be jailed. cjrane: |
