I learnt about it from my friend he said they only cover some places and not the whole Nigeria.Part of Ibadan,Crossriver.

Please guys I bought a WiFi adapter since my qsat box can't detect Sim again, after they've helped me run the software the WiFi I only get network success but no welcome to server. Could it be a problem from the WiFi?

As long as it showed you 'Network Success' it's not a WiFi problem, it's QSAT problem, some QSAT codes (48**********) are not currently working while others are presently working again.
So stop tampering with your WiFi and hold on till your code starts working.

Network success does not mean it is a Data connection. It could be that you have no data on your primary connection and hence you have connection issues.
