What else did you expect? The Nigerian Government is law abiding and not dictatorial.

The law stipulates that you grant an accused a bail sentence within 72Hrs and that's what DSS just did.

But is the case over? Far from it. He would be have to appear in court and answer to his crimes.

If he ever leaves Nigeria, He would be jumping bail and would be rearrested.

Just like Boko Haram members before him, there's nothing really to celebrate.

This is purely a master stroke to deflect the attention of the media from his travails. The case has just begun.
