I'm aware MTN and their partners are the world biggest fraudsters and thieves without gun. I'm aware they partner with these other thieves to defraud their loyal customers. The attention of NCC, Lotto regulatory agency and other relevant bodies should be drawn to these dubious acts aimed at defrauding their customers. Imagine i subscribed for a 1gig data plan that was said to last for a month, after the 3rd day, i noticed that the remaining airtime has dropped down drastically from 1200 to 720. I opted for just for you call package that was stated for 200naira/week but to my surprise, they deducted 500, and it didn't end here. Instead of the usual call duration i paid for, they alloted to me just a few mins for only 3days. So i've decided to switch lines. I call on govt 2 checkmate the excesses of our gsm networks without favouritism and partiality. |
