As far as am concerned a northerner cant be president and still appoint a northerner to over see an election. It should be the opposite a northern president with a southern inec chairman anything short of that is fraud.

Nigeria is a multi cultural society where the federal character law was brought to a create a balance amongst the ethnic groups/region that make up the country and to prevent the state from drifting into anarchy and you are telling me there is nothing wrong with one man giving his tribes men all the appointment? And now appointing a Northerner to head INEC.

Let someone tell Buhary that this is 2015 and it is not acceptable.

But it is normal. I have told you people to forget about this corruption brouhaha. It is not the problem but the symptom. Fix the Nigerian ship of State and sail is peace. Corruption under this structure is the default setting.
