Nigeria must begin a sort of confrontational policy and acquire international enemies as fast as possible. Only when we have enemies that our ingenuity are awaken. We must start to assert and in fact bully some lesser countries in africa. We must adopt a different approach to the west and east and set our own standards in international relations. We have a market to sustain domestic patronage though we lack much technical know-how yet they will beg us to buy. I will even suggest that the President be scarce in circulating himself internationally because there is respect when a commodity is scarce eg the rare metals. Nigeria does not know its worth and that is painful.if any chinese investor comes in, he should bring a letter from his president.

Nigeria should set very high standard Target of Achievement and pursue it with controlled effectiveness and efficiency. Then enemies will come galore to prevent Nigeria from achieving the target. Nigeria must control the enemies too.

It starts from there, why do you think north korea has a significant technology. Enmity with the west. We should negotiate our wAy to relevance though we need to get serious as a nation.
