Dual boot means installing along side Windows OS

Simple server doesn't work with torrent clients.
I will advice you get a "real" subscription or you can try
out IDM which can resume downloads.

use IDM to download it. you can resume downloads with IDM. thats what i actually did

If you don't know what dual-booting is or how to even install the Kali, do you really think you're competent enough to carry out a pentest?

I guess there are 2 options.
1) Use a download manager (Internet Download Accelerator is free & works very well) and download an ISO directly from the Kali Site. The direct Download links are "resume-able" and should continue even if your link breaks.

2) Pick up an ISO from @khorlynz (as he has graciously offered earlier) or myself.
