the apoitnment of Prof. Mahmood
Yakubu as the new Chairman of the
Independent National Electoral
Commission (INEC).
Some have called the presidency as a
Northern president, who only sees good
in the appointment of Northerners into
his cabinet.

Nigeria has had 12 Electoral Commission
(NEC) chairmen since first republic.

U might want to give a reason for this, or ur living on assumption? Even TonyeBarcanista laughed when he said "Jega inclusive". He knew Jega was very transparent.

OP you should have included the name of the commissions because they were renamed by successive regimes. Eg INEC, NECON, NEC.
