As a result I hustle go filling station 2 fill Ma gallon n kip using it till semester ends... Imagine my surprise wen I got to dere n d following scene transpired... Met a guy by d pump filling abt 5 yellow 50 liters gallon,anoda guy was busy carrying dem away 2 some secret spot..... omor see joy 4 my face, I dey reason say I go save kudi big tym... Me:bro I wan buy kerosene Guy: kerosene no dey. Me  mouth opened) haha... No b kero u dey fill so?... Guy: leave here abeg... As e b say d guy wasn't on dere normal Jersey I approached a grp of the total workers In total uniforms.. Narrate my tail to dem n one fat mamma among come look me with bad eyes, come say "Kosi" (meaning "it's nt available" in Yoruba).. Wasn't in my excited state I 4 Yan dem some stuff Naso my joy jst crash o... Den it dawned on me wat ws happening... Doz guys at d pump were prolly black market guys.. Dey sure looked it.. D total workers most likely connived 2 deny d innocent public kerosene at a cheaper rate as provided by d govt. Dey sell 2 dis black marketers who go n sell 4 150 naira per liter. Dey den subtract d companies 50 naira/liter, n pocket d rest wich they share wit their accomplice...(abt 120000,frm my guesstimate) Same tin I met at Total filling station at Yakuba, ilorin C as common men dey join hands Cheat dere fellow common men... SMH Am TOTALLY appalled by dis wicked act n call on TOTAL officers or supervisors 2 check dere employees n correct dis wickedness... Has Anybody experience dis b4?. #CHANGE |
