i recently went through a job interview from November last till around June this Year in a well known multinational manufacturing company and never got called till date after having their medicals. The most unfortunate aspect was that they advised me to resign my previous job during my last meeting for a chat. Can I seek any redress? |

Exykazo:Guinness gave me an offer and I've even done medicals too since November. But without no appointment letter with resumption date and with the present economic turmoils I've since forgotten about the job. I however never resigned and have in fact changed jobs during this period. Without an appointment/resumption letter you have no case. So sorry bro. 1 Like |
