My z10 shows a red battery sign with a red exclamation mark in the middle when the charger z plugged in,It discharges instead.What could be the problem??

get a good charger with output of 1.8mAh and above

which network where you using with the phone before the d error started?
I hope your device is not carrier locked? have you tried another network sim?

The apk files install but some of them are of the wrong screen size.
