Yeah over the air update, only if you've received the os push... or you can check through "settings">"software update" then check...

If there is... update! Preferably WiFi

No obvious changes in it since it not a major upgrade but an update...

I only noticed my android apps are not too lagging... and the problem I have with my BBM is fixed, i.e before my chat data are not saving...

What else * thinking * ehn ehn hoping my video player won't crack again sha... I've lost track of my series because of that...

Pls I'm using a BlackBerry Q10. My problem is that the wireless network on my laptop doesn't see my mobile Hotspot on my BlackBerry. I have tried troubleshooting the system and it still fails to see the mobile Hotspot. I have even tried it on other system the same problem still occur. Is there anything I can do on the phone so that laptops can see my mobile Hotspot?

Non could charge it in what way? More explanation is needed...

Is it that when a charger is plugged in, it charges for few sec and stops or there's a sign...

By using a laptop that has BlackBerry link software installed. Be sure the system is connected to the Internet and your BlackBerry device is connected to the system... Open BlackBerry link software on the system and check the update option on the menu...

check protect.blackberry.com...log in with your BBID and password...you will see your device listed and you will see a small icon that says your device is 'anti-theft protected'

confirm that your current OS says 10.3.2.xxxx

When you upgrade to os 10.3.2. it comes with a bad ass security feature for your device...
