Immortal technique all the way,he's american but ancestral home is peru,one of my favourite underground rapper,he raps about politics,religion,bad welfare,terrorism,love etc....He's sickle cell patient and talks about living good life in his songs,Favourite tracks I would recommend are Leaving the past,you never know,caught in the hustle and dance with the devil,I listen to Immortal Technique all day everyday and something else,look him up on the web he's among the most smartest and intelligent rappers but op why didn't you add Talib kwali,mf doom and atmosphere,they rap about life misery and mysteries too,I write exams and tests and pass colourfully with their lyrics.

that's true man, they are the ones that give rap a meaning. I could have added talib, doom and atmosphere but i had only 10spots and i wanted to accomodate artists from various genres. a top 10 of great rappers could also be a great idea. Blueprint, Sage Francis are also among rappers worth checking out.

Do you think that story is true?

It's easily my best song from Technique, then 'Leaving the past', 'Obnoxious', 'The Point of no return', 'The Martyr', 'Harlem Streets' and alot others.

Dance with the devil is no way real life story,he just had to come up with that conviction in his voice to make the story sell more but then again I got to know that story he told actually played out,it did happened to somebody he knew growing up.
