That thing is freaking low plus atm charges and stuff. I was not happy while using it back then... but its all good now. I suggest you buy items form maybe the united states and have it shipped to nigeria,...

The highest I have used is N192 per $1 at Eco Bank, Skye Bank and Stanbic. You should subtract $3.15 from $95.25 which is the ATM fee.
So $95.25 - $3.15 = $92.10 * N192 = N17,683. You can withdraw 17k max

It depends. Often times, I believe exchange rate is set by American banks, that's why exchange rate often differs with same Payoneer card. The best bank for me is Fidelity bank. I have consistently withdraw at N200= $1.
