The question is, have the Indians tried this act on the Europeans? Chinese Japanese or Americans? It might not necessarily mean anything but Africans are just been taken for a ride. These are leaders for chris sake not school children on tour.

...and by the way, Africa doesn't really have a traditional wear in the true sense of it. What we call traditional wear are outcomes of people trying to join fabrics together when they got it from the early Europeans. There's no history other than that. U can't say same for Indian, Mexican, Scottish, Chinese, etc. wears.

maybe the whiteman met ur ancestors from ur tribe unclad but pls dont generalise.
other tribes in africa had rich traditional clothing before the arrival of the white man.
and for ur info, africans had been trading with arabs hundreds of years b4 the whiteman came, so our continent wasnt as dark and primitive as they would make u believe.
