birth certificate or affidavit

Bro, I am a graduate of dat dept.I know it would b very difficult b4 they can give u but quickly go for d reg on monday to see wat they can do for u. I know if not public, they can say u should do a change of course. Congrats.

You just have to keep checking yourself to see if you're lucky.
