the same way edo language is different from ijaws, urhobo,isoko,ishekiri,ikwerre,asaba,ika,efik,ibibio,oron, etc. bunch of different languages. That s where the tower of babel started from.

I will prefare ikwerre tribe to be with/among the southsouth republic so that when an igbo man is ruling biafra republic, an igbo man is also ruling ss republic or niger delta rep.

And I challenge you to put up here answers to this question.
1) tell us the ethnicity of SS in africa.
2) what language did your number one answer generally speaks as an identified ethnic group in africa.

What this means is that in every respect, Biafra is qualified to be a country!

The problem now is boundary. (Non-autonomous territory).
From Mr. Moon's statement, the implementation is that there would be a recognised fault line.

Now historically, Biafra region has two know fault lines:
The pre-1906 amalgamation fault line and the Eastern region fault line. These two fault lines were administered as a unit.

What these means is that if Biafra becomes a country, it will at least comprise the Eastern region entirely or SS/SE that make up the pre-1906 amalgamation colony.

I've always made the point that those asking for "republic of Igboland" instead of Biafra are making a big mistake because it will never happen. Reason? There was NEVER in the history of Africa a region politically organized as Igbo territory alone.
This is also why those thinking that Nigeria can divide into more than 3 countries are greatly mistaken!
If Nigeria is to ever divide, it can only do so into the North, West, and East countries, maybe with minor boundary adjustments here and there.
