[size=15pt]I laugh when APC liars tell gullible Nigerians PDP has done nothing.

80% of whatever developement strides Abuja has
attained currently is the handwork of a PDP govt.

6 months into his tenure and Buhari is yet to construct a single km of road. He is lying to us about 'no money' with the APC media (Punch, Nation etc) deploying various forms of propaganda and lies.

APC suddenly remembered today that Nigeria is not a rich country. This same country that overtook Egypt and South Africa to emerge Africa's
largest economy under PDP govts

so on point

The power of vision!

I believe many people would have wonders at the STUPIDITY of the developers back then. But today we see how STUPID indeed they were. Today, Transcorp is a place the high and mighty rush to book a room for relaxation, conference hall for meetings, etc.

That's the way Dangote has built his brand. Vision.

To be great, one must of necessity SEE what others aren't seeing. They may misunderstand you. All great men were at one time misunderstood in their lives.

You may have that idea and passion lurking within you. Harness it. Let them call you names. Just keep at it. All great men must be nonconformists. In the end, they'll come back seeking your fame, advice and wealth.

But the place has become a shadow of itself and is in dire need of refurbishment. Fallen behind a few competitors even in Abuja in my opinion.

80% of d development in abuja happened under MILITARY DICTATORSHIPS.

This economic crash started in jonathans tenure due to d GLOBAL FALL IN CRUDE PRICE ALONGSIDE INDISCRMINATE SYPHONING OF GOVT FUNDS. OGA REVISIONIST, SALARIES HAVE NOT BN PAID SINCE LAST YEAR. The crying started with nkonjo iweala. In fact she was lamenting since 2yrs ago & wanted d subsidy scrapped but no one listened until state govts cldnt pay salaries. WHY DID JONATHAN & OBASANJO NOT DIVERSIFY THE ECONOMY DURING THE BOOM? WHY ARE WE AT THE MERCY OF GLOBAL CRUDE PRICES? ode.

The process of destroying a forest and replacing it with something else, especially by an agricultural system.

maybe the guy was right. you need to answer your own question. He said gross deforestation, which mainly explains what happened to that region. Do you have a better take?

They had a vision. They knew exactly what and where they wanted to be. They knew it wasn't going to be a bush in future, so they studied the city plan and chose one of the most strategic location in the then developing city. The rest is history.

yes oo my bros, just like my hubbys friend thinks am crazy the day i went to show both of them the plots i bought. I bought mine just 150k each. I was so discouraged after dat visit and hv bn thinking about selling it off. But this post just gave me hope. I will just forget about it for a few more years, who knows what that area may turn out to be. Already i noticed a big secondary school just started around there. Thats the only building existing there for now. And a major road was being carved out along it by the previous governor, hopefully this new one will continue the construction. And am even lucky my plots are not far from the road. Am super excited right now. grin
