From my little idea I think one will need
a. Billing software like ones used in Cafés
b. A router
c. A wireless antenna that can cover at least 1000 metres.
d. A good backup battery/inverter to power the pc and wireless antenna
e. Target audience i. Campus; students can connect with their phones, ii Plazas with offices.
