With MTN XTRA time you have the 'opportunity' as they so say to borrow air time and you pay 10% of percentage extra on your next recharge. Here is the catch: Fine your balance gets credited with the particular air time you requested for,but instead of you using a 100 naira normal MTN recharge card for say 10mins (assuming), the borrowed airtime only last for 20% of that time that's like 2mins. This happens every time!!!! For the first 3 times it did I thought it was a mistake. But this is practically stealing from customers. Fellow nairalanders if you can relate to this. Let's make it public and further expose the "Thiefry Acts" of this so called people called MTN!

Our opinions would not count,only thing you can do is to port elsewhere

MTN has so many 419 promos these days. Don't fall victim.

Same observation here. This people are criminals. Better borrow a friend money to buy the recharge card than borrow from them.
