Confused CBN Governor always doing things hideously through the banks. Why did he not come out and announce it himself? With hin tortoise head grin

Then go show me where for Nigeria Constitution den write say BVN supersedes the use of National ID or International Passport for identification of citizenship.

It's sad as my details was wrongly captured by Zenith Bank and Diamond Bank has refused to link my account because of that.

Been complaining to Zenith Bank for a change since 3 months now to no avail. They just don't respond to at all. Did same to NIBSS too no response.
