UPDATE: 5.34pm
Cvesta just called me and explained that the driver acted on his own. He confirmed that the laptop is on its way back to benin and will be sent to Lagos tomorrow.

I'm not saying this is a scam yet,but the kind of response cvester gave to the buyer as seen through the whatsapp chat isn't a good one from a seller at all,he is leveraging on the fact that he already have the money,he should have followed up the goods until it gets delivered to the buyer not telling the buyer to start running here and their.

I'm quite sure this is your first time of dealing with Waybill or packages sent through Drivers or Transport Buses. Always expect the unexpected from those Drivers because they care less about the receiver even after the sender has agreed on a pick up location and courier charge. Some drivers are nonchalant while some of them deliver as promise. So buyer be patient and don't fret, you will receive your Laptop from cvesta, he is not scammer.

Cvesta should reply to this accusation,keeping quiet only means he admits all that as been said against him. That people pay up-front do not mean you should treat them anyhow after receiving payment

I haven't even been online till tho very moment..i must send my appreciation to Mr Adebayo..You really tried.you have called me an INFIDEL,a scammer and all sorts of names both on WhatsApp and just I have discovered now,here on NL, my advice to Mr Adebayo is if you must do online transactions again..pls pay up the iron price for a Proper Courier Company..you can't have your item's sent via Transport Companies and expect to Play Lord Commander over the driver or expect item to be Drop at your doorstep....You Owe Me a Proper Public Apology Mr Adebayo and if you do not offer it in as Passionate a way as you Tagged me and Infidel and a Scammer,you would have loosed every sense of respect from me just as the Supreme being and the Celestial bodies will repay you in far greater fold

How do you expect me to believe it's not a scam when you refused to respond to my call / whatsapp messages. Leaving me to chase the driver all over Lagos is not professional, you should have called the driver and give me proper update. I waited over an hour on Oshodi bridge only for the driver to tell me he's on his way to Benin.


As agreed this morning, I'll be waiting for pick-up notification from God is Good and do the needful as soon as the laptop is received.

I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
