Jadonjack:My brother , whn I say "qualified" I mean the needed skill for that position, for example 5 graduates apply for a job , bt recruiters choose 1 who is qualified for that position. So its nt abt certificate, its abt wat you can offer, that's y recruiter ask u question like , *what can you offer this organization? * why did you think you re fit for this position? Get it, Employers re not lookn for people with certificate ; bt people with potentials Wat u ve in ur brain will generate more income for company nt ur certificate, your certificate is just an ordinary paper confirming u attended a uni/ poly , Sorry if my words hurt , bt that's d truth. Maybe u re nt even meant to be employ, bt to employ others, if you cn think outside d box nd look beyond the lens , anything is possible. You have not gotten the job and you are asking for the pay.I just watch and my dog laugh at those question when some nairalanders will see a job post and they start asking what's the pay if it is mobil or nnpc I don't think they will ask that dump question. |
