The screen got broken, but I replaced I ordered and replaced by a local repairer

But I'm surprised when people ask if a brand has a service center. The big players don't even care about you. Apple doesn't have a service center, HTC doesn't, not even BlackBerry, and people buy their phones like crazy.

dude that cos parts are everywhere, we have blackberry branded shops in v/i, we have glo, mtn, airtel and co selling them to you, slot has in house repair guys to fix them if they get faulty, so unless these companies also sell these devices, they not the smartest buy

My guy, they are both good phones but the C8 looks basic next to the Phamtom 5, the 1st time i saw both next to each other, i was literally impressed with Tecno but the difference is hugs, the phamtom has a mature UI, looks like a real competitor, the build, the feel, i held it, checked the menus and the screen type, i knew then than tecno had arrived, the C8 is a fine phone no doubt but still on the infinit hot note and hot level, it screams mid range, even tho i feel 70k was rather high and i probably can't afford it for now but damn that phone merits it, it fast, it cabndle almost anything you throw at it, let's not beef but accept the fact.

I've never repaired or lost or spoilt any cellphone. From Siemens, 3310, R220, 6303i classic,3 Nokia's I can't remember their names, curve 2, techno p5, Samsung galaxy grand prime presently....

don't even talk about after sales service cuz the Tecno you talked about couldn't even fix the very popular multitasking problem of the camon c8 abi is that not part of the after sales service?

and what's up with the age thing na? You're the one with the low intelligence here who could not comprehend what the guy you quoted is saying... In simple English he's saying if people handle their phone carefully, there wouldn't be need to repair. Ive only repaired a phone once in my whole life and it's coz I slept off why I was chatting at night so I slept on the phone throughout the night and that is my fault. I've been using Jiayu s3 since February till date and trust me it's still values 30k plus coz of how I've been careful with it
