The real issue is not about salaries of Ministers but the opportunities the Ministers have to mismanage and dip into the budget of their Ministries, coupled with contract mismanagement.

Let the majority of them just attend FEC meetings without smelling the portfolio. Many of these ministries need to be consolidated and combined anyway.

So dear Ministers who wish to work without pay, kindly do so by attending FEC meetings and offering your ideas there. kapish!

Non of them have net value of less than N200m while many are much higher than that. A minister's salary is about N1m monthly, that is nothing to most of them, its because Nigerians are used to the notion that there many ways of enriching yourself as minister. Letss take Ibe Kachikwu for e.g, as exxonmobil vice chairman he would be on about N6-9m monthly as well as so many other perks. The politician's among them will even be richer, so yes they can afford to work for free easily.

You should have told us how your THIEF Sai Bubu acquired his assets that he CANNOT even declare properly since he is the one sold to us as holy, holy integity, not so huh

Maybe it is from the $2.8 billion that disappeared when he was Federal Commissioner for Petroleum in the 70s! Or perhaps the BRIBE Aisha collected on his behalf!!!
