Na batch by batch dem take dey clear. If you notice,after submitting,dem dey keep the file ontop one pile like that. On a normal day,dem suppose go online clear you for ya front after checking ur waec or neco online but you no trust Nigeria with laziness and improper planning?

All thesame sha,ur wahala don finish cos only God knows how much I hate sitting on the queue for hours upon hours just to meet those sluggish clearance officers,thats if person get luck sef.
