After physical clearance what next?

Do I wait for my profile to say cleared before buying record files?

The moment u pay ur acceptance fee u wuld b givn a date 4 ur physical clearance(1 day interval e.g if u pay ur acceptance fee on monday ur physical clearance date wuld b wednesday) even if u av nt don ur onlyn clearance.
