Recently my Tecno J7 has been popping up on kind message like that "Unfortunately measure has stopped" and anytime it does my phone comes to a stand still meaning it will hang for like 2 mins
And please I won't forget to tell you it download apps and install them itself. Apps I didn't download or install myself. Thus, Consuming my data and all that
Please help me out Abeg. This J7 precious to me gann

Tecno and most Chinese OEMS preloaded malware in their devices.
That's why I advise people not to buy Tecno and the likes.
Anyway, to your problem:
You can flash the phone but since the malware is preloaded in the ROM it will most likely persist no natter how many times you flash it.
Your best option is to root the device and either uninstall those apps or freeze (disable) them.

Go to playstore, install Kingroot, root ur phone.

Go to playstore again download system cleanup by inteks

Delete pre loaded apps.

I have downloaded it but it is unable to remove malware like Engriks,Measure,MonkeyTest,Time service and mobileocr

When you get to those apps, Use 'allways delete this system apk'

Use it for all,then reboot phone.
