2015 is not 1967. The west including UK have gone a long way in 'marketing' ideas such as democracy, freedom, equality, self determination etc to the world, any attemp to deny Biafra this will be seen by the east and the rest as double standards and hypocrisy.

Britain is not going to help Nigeria like she did in the first Biafran war, her citizens wont agree, the war in Iraq is still sour on their mouth, no British government can get away with the way they handled the first Biafran war, today. Not in this age of internet.


Yes, if we wait long enough, Nigeria is going to collapse on itself, the Zoological republic was built for self destruction and has been on that course for decades now.

But we need to facilitate and fasten this self destruction,we can't achieve this by dissing a the world super powers.

There may be a few things that the 'radio Biafra movement', as you call them, may be getting wrong but one thing that can't be taken away from them is that they've been very successful in exciting a renewed interest in Biafra and in recruiting an increasing number of people from all walks of life, both at home and in the diaspora, who otherwise would have remained indifferent or even indignant to the issues of Biafra at this time.

I think that all who believe in Biafra should for now give Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB all the support we can, first because the other options out there are not really that better and also because even with all his imperfections he has been able to achieve a lot more for the cause than any of his co-agitators like Uwazurike or Onwuka did before him. I believe that when Nnamdi Kanu is done or forced to retire, another will pick up the baton. And perhaps from among his new recruits will emerge the right man for the hour.

Survival in Nigeria is like a rat race where everyone goes out into the field to scratch out a living for himself and his own people. Expecting yorubas and hausas to treat igbos well is like expecting your COMPETITORS in a game to struggle, win the price and then hand the trophy over to you on a platter, that's a childish expectation and it's never going to happen; and YES, they are COMPETITORS not ENEMIES. The earlier we begin to see and treat them as such, the better.

From history, there are not many freedom fights or separations which were achieved through hate mongering except it shall involve a very bloody war. Nnamdi Kanu knows this very well, hence he has continued to embrace the hate mongering approach and totally discarded the option of peaceful separation. I'm sorry to say this but that is far from WISDOM.

Igbos are NEVER going to fight another war and Kanu's approach will only stir up unnecessary hatred and create problems for igbos living peacefully across Nigeria. I am yet to see any sensible igbo elder who approves of Kanu's diabolic methods. I am also yet to see any COMFORTABLE Igbo man living outside the southeast who also supports this violent and hate based approach. If Ipob cannot get the full backing of all igbos, i wonder how it intends to succeed.

Once upon a time your forefathers said the same about the British and Christian crusaders. But here you are praising Yahweh as the one and only god. There is no god, it is just an ideology.
