I need to buy an android phone asap. Usually I am an iPerson, but I need the device for developmental purposes. Kindly advise which to go for, or any other one that matches the spec below:

I'm selling because I have an LG G3 with 3G Ram I think I have to use now. Make no mistake, the HTC 826 is amazingly fast with a very light Sense Rom, near stock Android.
