The Lord is our shepherd.


Every born again Christian is empowered to do one thing or the other in the house of God. In other words we are all equal before God, and he sees us as one.

One body one spirit.

There is no bench warmer in the church,

OK lets look at it this way.

If i want to build a house, i need a bricklayer, i need a carpenter, architect, surveyor, plumber, then finally i will also need a painter. So which of these been mentioned here you think that the building engineer would not like to use, or which of them is not important to him?


Anyone of them you ever undermined, you are definitely going to have a problem in that building now or latter.

OK what about the materials? we need sand, cement, wood, nails, paint, plastic, wire, etc..... so which of these materials do you thinks is not important when building a house?


Finally lets look at it this way again.



Our body has many organs for different functions which makes up a complete body. Eg. Our Eyes, nose,ears, mouth, legs, and our hands.

Now which of them do you think is more important than the other, or which of them is not important?
which of them is not really necessary?

My brother without any of these, man is incomplete.

These are exactly a very good example of how a church looks like.

Church is a group of born again who gathered together with one motive in fellowship.
Then they have only one shepherd which is Jesus Christ.

They all have one function or the others
Ephesians:4; 10 -12.
He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.

And he gave some apostles, and some prophets, and some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers.
why? verse 12 clarify it. For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the body of Christ.

till we all come in the unity of faith......

Now when a pastors, evangelists, teachers, apostles, and prophets all gathered to worship together, who is going to be their leader Lol..
And who is even going to collect their tithes from each other lol...

Forget about the ushers it is just a man made doctrine, it is not biblical. We are all relevant.

Every born again is a saint and every saint is a minister.

Therefore all ministers are equal in the sight of God, and they were all given one assignment, one gift or the other.
And they all needed each other in other to progress. When the disciples receive the holy spirit, they all became equal, and not greater than each others.


When they received any material blessing they will share it in common among themselves.

when one lacks, all will lack, all we endure and when one is blessed all will be bless and all will be comforted.

They are not selfish, greedy and stingy to each others.

One will not be flying on private jet, living big while his brethren lives in abject poverty.

No, instead they all share things in common.


In the old testament it was just a one man show, That was the time when they have a leader. eg. Moses, Elijah, Elisha, Joshua, and so on.
When one died another leader will take over.

But when Jesus came, he gave holy ghost to (men) all his disciples, and all became leaders automatically. Now since they are all leaders and they can not lord it over one another. Therefore Jesus alone automatically became their leader and their only shepherd.

After all, the 7 churches in book of
revelation who are their leaders


But today all we have now is the opposite, they have stylishly reverse the trend to the original positions.

Some group of people will gather people together and give their selves names G.os, while the rest will sit and watch, praise, hail, and honour the person. and at the end of the day, they will collects tithes and offering from them and live large. NOTE THIS.

SERVANTS DO NOT PRAISE THEMSELVES, IT IS ONLY THE MASTER THAT HAVE RIGHT TO PRAISE THE SERVANT AND ONLY THE SERVANTS PRAISES THEIR MASTER.

JESUS SAID FATHER GLORIFY THY SON, AND THY SON MAY GLORIFY THEE.

These so called men of God have taken the place of God. They glorified themselves.

Therefore they called themselves.


Lots of these so called
Christians have been brainwashed, and they need to wake up from their slumber and ask holy ghost to replenished them with wisdom, power and knowledge.


Only then we can progress and move forward even as a church.

Remain blessed.

While all are equal in Christ, God places some OVER others that is IN CHARGE. Hierarchy is not man made but God ordained.

17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

If you don't want to submit to anybody suit yourself by don't pretend that it iHs scriptural. The truth is not diminished by abuses carried out by these men.

While everyone including fools are entitled to their own opinion. Hmmmm.. is this actually coming out from supposed born again .

at least you should have made your comments constructively rather than resorting to insult.


Why all are equal in Christ, God placed some in charge over another. Hmmmm don't you think you re contracting yourself?

Pls brother let me ask you this question.

Apostle paul was actually a church planter, but how many of those churches does he over see

2; Can you compare apostle paul with today's pastors and apostles?

3; how many time does he demand tithes and offering from those churches as a general overseer


4;If apostle paul and Peter, James, John and all other apostles of Jesus gather as to fellowship, which of them do you think could be their shepherd.

5; Admonishing one another does it mean we should worship and Reverends one particular person

Pls be sincere to yourself and answer these questions with fear of God and humility.


Note this: because everybody is doing something wrong does not make it the right thing.

the problem now is that people seen not to know the different between the synaguege and the church.

In synaguege we only have one person who is fondly called the rabbi, which means the master or the teacher of the law.


But we born again are endure with knowledge and power from on high.


We are all given a talent. some ten talents, some 5 talents and some one talent according to our abilities.

Jesus washed the disciples feet but peter doesn't understand it until when he was clarified.


We are co labourer and prisoners, servants, and prisoners, apostle paul usually makes such comments, only our lord Jesus is our Shepherd, paymaster and our rewarder.


My brother church is not a synaguege and synaguege is not a church.



Hmmmm no wonder these people collects tithes from their followers.
