Take palmwine or pap(akamu) u can also take watermelon juice. Another tip is to rub eko(agidi) on your nipples. |

How long have you been trying to breastfeed for? Is this your first pregnancy? Lactation is controlled by a letdown reflex and thus it needs to be stimulated. Continue to put the baby to breast as frequently as possible. Persistent sucking is the only thing that can promote milk letdown. Don't be discouraged, keep trying and trying.
