oyin3:Are you hypertensive? Have you been under stress? Can you measure your bp anytime you feel these palpitations? Take it easy, lie down and get plenty of rest. When I had PIH in my 1st pregnancy, the day I was detained at the hospital my bp was180/100. I had no headache , no contractions , no pain. Infact the Drs were surprised that I came to the hospital by myself and was busy joking around. I was forced on bedrest. My books and phones were seized, I was denied visitors and allowed to go on toilet breaks only. I didnt sleep much buh my bp went really down. |
