to the appointees.


If he has not assign portfolios then he may put them in a pool and call them a pool of ministers.

Although his convoy is not up to 30 vehicles, if they are, it is usually made up of different segments ranging from security, protocols, press, traffic/safety officials, health officers, the president's official vehicle, backup vehicle and the private entourage which are not serviced by the government

Exactly. As the statement leaves room for relative interpretation. While six might be long to me, it just might be extremely short to another.
