I traveled to Kogi via Ekiti in August and to say I was impressed by the state of the roads in Ekiti is an understatement! The state of the roads in Ekiti is in stark contrast with the ones in neighboring states of Kogi and Osun.

He is playing to the gallery, while there is nothing really wrong if a governor plays to the gallery, it is disaster if there are no commensurate OUTPUTS. He needs to commission projects that will touch the lives of the people.

Fayose is like the village school maths teacher, who maths students like to stay in his class, because he will make them laugh from his funny jokes in class, that is not bad, but the problem is Fayose, the village school maths teacher sucks at the maths he is primarily meant to impart on his students.

All the people complaining about the fact that Fayose is associating with market women and co are those who do not know him when he was governor back in the day. Fayose has been like that, he's not just starting it. And I want to say with all sense of responsibility that Fayose is one of the best Governor they ever had in Ekiti, his major problem then was the fact that at some point he became ride to some higher authorities which led to his removal from office and that of his Deputy but trust me Fayose did well in Ekiti considering what they receive as allocation.

By your post you insult people. Because they interact with the governor doesn't mean they are 'jobless'. Neither does commissioning projects mean good governance. Donald Duke was a master of projects. In the end he was labelled elitist. That his spending didn't 'touch' people personally. How many projects has the Federal government launched thoughtless of commissioned but they are hailed for other things because governance is not just one thing.

Since the begining of Mr. Fayose's administration we only see pictures of him either on bike,in a road side buka or in the market with jobless youths but we are yet to see him with a pair of scissors commissioning a project.
